Fiery Bacon with Chilli Flakes.

 if youre craving for something sharp on the tastebuds but yet at the same time very subtle, this dish is perfect. the bacon used here can be bought from fairprice along with the other ingredients.

 i used olive oil as based as it gives the bacon a mild taste. then i added in very little bit of lemon juice as to give it that soury taste to compliment with the spicy taste later on. i mixed these two in a bowl together with the bacon before placing it on a heated pan. then i simply added some dried chilli flakes together with some black pepper and the dish was done!

it is that simple.
