Cheese Cookies!

these cheese cookies have a very, pardon the pun, cheesy taste. this kinda obvious probably because every part of the cookie is filled with cheese. any type of cheese can be used but id rather mozarella be used. when mozarella melts it gives a very mild taste, unlike the sharpness of parmesan.
