Nizam’s Birthday Cake!
this cake is simply paradise for any chocolate lover’s. the whole cake was made by scratch completely out of ingredients you can find in your neighbourhood baking store. baking this cake might not be easy but it surely is a feast. to order this cake for your very own birthday or event, do contact me.

this cake was made for nizam on his sixteenth birthday. so the gang thot of coming over to my place and we all decided to whip up a chocolate fudge cake.
the recipe is simple,

2oz bittersweet chocolate

2oz semisweet chocolate/ phoon huats corverture dark

6oz butter, softened

7oz light muscavado sugar or brown sugar

1 tsp vanilla essence
-
3 eggs, beaten
-
5oz self-raising flour, sifted
-
2/3 cups of greek yoghurt
- Grease and line the bottom of 2 8” cake tins. Preheat oven to 375 degree F.
- Melt chocolates over a double boiler or in the microwave. Cool slightly.
- Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Beat in vanilla, yoghurt and melted chocolate.
- Fold in flour.
- Pour batter into tin and bake for 25-30 minutes until a skewer inserted in the centre comes out clean.
- Cool for 10 minutes in the tin, turn out onto a wire rack and after completely cool, sandwich and frost with desired icing.

This is definitely a must-try as well. It tastes more or less like the Chocolate Moist cake at this cheesecake restaurant called Secret Recipe. Topped with maltesers, and iced with melted dark chocolate, the presentation is absolutely commendable. I personally should order this for next time, if we have any gatherings later in the near future. Cheers!
